Power Stop B864 Autospecialty Replacement Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I have to say that this replacement brake system is a complete disaster. While it boasts of excellent performance, it fell extremely short of my expectations, and the worst part is, it caused a dangerous and noisy driving experience. The only good thing about it is that it was compatible with my car model....

As you can see it fits. Almost identical to the original handbrake pads. The pad is only 2.3mm thick, but the quality is better than many Lancer pads I've seen. This one has a rough finish while the others are too smooth even after sanding. Installed another handbrake pad from Japan which has a thicker pad of exactly 2.8mm, corresponding to the standard pad value in the manual. I am keeping this as a spare in case I change the handbrake pads in 2 years.
