Nightmarish quality and complete inconsistency with the description.

Took for a garland to decorate the window, this was the only purpose. I plugged it in, the next morning I woke up from the smell of burnt plastic. which was all over the room. After a short search, I realized that it was from a new extension cord. I turned it off, examined it, found no traces of melting, then put it away from harm's way into the box. I wanted to pass, but two weeks had passed by that time. Now I'm not sure if there is a guarantee, I did not find this information on the product…
