It's a tough choice. On the one hand, the Powerbuilt 648744 vacuum pump looks good. On the other hand, it's really not very practical or efficient. Its cylinder volume (the amount of air moved in one stroke) is just too small to be of much use. Powerbuilt's volume is sufficient to bleed car brakes, but there is another issue related to bleeding.
