My first grinder but seems very powerful. Well made and RELIABLE! Make sure to hand wash only as the accessories are not dishwasher safe. Will take a long time

Fat goes into the meat!

HELP! I was just shredding and serving ground chicken from this machine to my family and the black fat has leaked out of the machine into the meat. I cleaned it and saw that the darker meat wasn't my imagination - it was oil LEAKING into the ground product. Will it lead to disease?!?!?!?! Help with information!

It's number one in my book

Wow, I'm a farm girl and we raise beef ourselves. I couldn't believe how well this little machine worked. We made a big stag with it, it works just as well as a big one so size doesn't matter. I've talked a lot about it and how great it is to close a deer hole. Trust me for the price and it's all unique. so any hunters or farmers check me for this one. I couldn't believe how great it works.

Enjoy grinding without hand pain.

As I'm from South Louisiana and have had a manual coffee grinder since the 70's, my son gave me this coffee grinder for my birthday. The first thing to check was the preparation of the boudin and it worked perfectly. Next, make your own sausage. I made it with a hand mill, but it turned out to be too much. Loud but works! in meat grinders

I ground about 25 kilos of deer with it and had no problems. We chilled/frozen the meat, but that's not necessary with this machine, it seems to handle warmer meat just as well. We made about 6 pounds at a time before wrapping the meat and letting the machine cool down a bit. I thought giving him a break every 10 minutes or so would hurt, but we had no problems. Honestly, this is my first meat grinder. I wanted to start mixing my own ground beef at home. I've used 8 different cuts of meat so far and this machine shredded them all like a champ. Edit: I'm editing this bad review because I think the customer service issue with this company has been resolved. Although I would say you get what you pay for. Since it's a cheap meat grinder you can't start a butcher shop, but if you handle it carefully it should be fine for small jobs. In terms of customer service, they got back to me long after the refund, which seems like new customer service is trying to do right after the fact.
