Worked fine for 1 day. then he died. good customer service solving the problem

This was a replacement for a 20 year old jet that has worked great for 20 years. The OVO seemed on Being quality vacuum at a good price Ordered and received in 3 days Installation is easy except I had to add a local outlet (The old jet had the outlet built into the unit itself) OVO worked fine for 1 day .Day 2 it started normally and shut off after 60 seconds.(No whisk, the green light on the unit stayed green. Unit turned off, waited 1 minute, the vacuum started, ran. 60 seconds and the unitโ€ฆ

Powerful yet quiet

This machine is very quiet compared to the other 2 central vacuums I've dealt with in my life. This is especially true if a silencer is installed and the device leaves the house. The suction power is very strong compared to any handheld vacuum I've used and the smooth start is pleasant. I would recommend installing a vacuum valve next to the power supply. You have to be careful removing the hose from the socket or I don't think your gate will last long if you pop it with pressure. A vacuumโ€ฆ

Replaced 45 year old unit

This is a very powerful vacuum cleaner. I am a do-it-yourself devotee and was confident that I could handle the replacement of our central vacuum which after 45 years has finally breathed its last (well done!). We didn't need a new accessory or racket, so this unit made sense at a great price. I read the reviews and placed an order. The device arrived well packaged and undamaged. He took off the old block and started installing the OBO. There were no installation instructions. No one. It wasn't
