This was a replacement for a 20 year old jet that has worked great for 20 years. The OVO seemed on Being quality vacuum at a good price Ordered and received in 3 days Installation is easy except I had to add a local outlet (The old jet had the outlet built into the unit itself) OVO worked fine for 1 day .Day 2 it started normally and shut off after 60 seconds.(No whisk, the green light on the unit stayed green. Unit turned off, waited 1 minute, the vacuum started, ran. 60 seconds and the unit shuts off again. The mains voltage is a constant 120 volts The indicator light stayed green contacted Revain and offered to send a replacement They will have to wait another 5 weeks for a replacement I had to rebuild my home system to use OVO accommodate. Now I'm stuck waiting over 5 weeks with no vacuum. Dog hair leads to divorce! If I had to do it again I wouldn't have bought it in the first place! After 2 days I managed to contact the factory technician Maxim. He helped me troubleshoot and determined that the unit was defective and made arrangements to send a replacement promptly. ML did a great job.
