Great shower head, my last one broke. I installed it myself and it wasn't too difficult. I love the multifunctional features and I love that I can turn on one or both shower heads at the same time.

The old one got beat up and sprayed everywhere except where we wanted. Decided to get this one so it would be easier to clean for a 4 year old. It works great and looks good. I just wish there was more massage function.

I like it and it's exactly what I need. I have a very small shower stall and it was hard to find something to tilt at the right angle. Also, it's nice to have a detachable shower stall that I can use to rinse the shower after cleaning. Good price too!

I have already fitted a shower head and the hand held shower head has absolutely no water pressure - I replaced it with my old shower head, the old one works fine - I don't want to return the whole unit but I am very Dissatisfied with the purchase because my old handheld doesn't fit in the holder

This is a decent shower head and hand shower but it doesn't have 60 settings and isn't as reliable as it sounds. I feel like I might break it if I turn it on hard and the button on my arm doesn't do anything. It's just painted like metal, but it's plastic. You cannot move it up or down. Kind of dissatisfied and disappointed, but I already installed it.

1. Good after-sales service.2. The "pause switch" on the hand shower is very difficult to switch, you have to make a lot of effort.3. Because the hand shower is heavy, this product may not be securely attached to the existing shower bracket. (ie this product can easily rotate around the existing shower holder). You may be able to tighten the nut more, but the nut is plastic and can only be hand tightened.

Easy installation, no tools required. Water doesn't leak from the top like other shower heads I've tried, and the seal between the hose and the handpiece doesn't leak either. The hose is also very flexible unlike some others which are mostly made out of hard plastic and don't flex freely. I can place the shower head in a wall hung shower head holder on the main shower head and the hose doesn't get in the way.
