Ideal for pipes, fittings and accessories

I bought several Powertec nozzles for my dust collection system. On my first lap I used PVC tubing and it worked great. When I rebuilt it and upgraded the system to work with 26 gauge tubing, they also fitted very well.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Exchange possible

NOT SUITABLE FOR "SHOP VAC " HOSES

I don't know how they deviated from the industry standard but that 45Β° connector is useless. It's exactly the same diameter as the ends of my Shop Vac hose. That means they meet but don't connect. What a waste!

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Will not fit shop vacuum elbow

I needed a 2 1/2 inch 45 degree elbow to connect to my shop vacuum to get under some storage shelves. It doesn't go with anything I have - it's basically a 45 degree PVC elbow that you can buy cheaper at Home Depot.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Crumpled

2001 Wix F250 Filter Upgrade

Perfect fit and finish. Buy it. Slightly adjust the factory inlet rubber boot. Paste this into the filter's page. Tighten the hose clamp. Then. Insert it into the Wix or Napa update filter and position it behind the battery. No leaks. No place. Fits like perfect

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Out of style

Great price but a bit small diameter for a '4'

Ideal for fitting a 6637 type air filter to an early '99 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke as a slight angle/rotation is required, but you need to lower the clamps a bit so as the outside diameter isn't exactly 4 inches but more like 3.95 or something like that. As long as you're careful with the clamps (so you don't strip the worm gear) or a slightly stronger clamp on the side of the filter, you'll be fine.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Expensive

Good quality but small diameter

High quality plastic. Almost indestructible. The diameters are slightly smaller. If you are using a green sewer pipe, be prepared to use a few layers of tape to add thickness as there is a HUGE gap between the pipe and this product. I had other fittings from the box store that fit much better. The smaller diameter was the only disappointing feature as the range and quality is amazing.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Effective solution to the problem

So let me say that I have no idea what the manufacturer was actually intended for. All I know is that I needed a 4" "nominal" diameter object to connect a 1997 F250 7.3 liter air intake to a NAPA 6637 filter because I was too tight on the pressed the stock air intake box and broke the plastic (destroying everything. .gasket "which had to pass to prevent dust from entering the engine.) I first visited a hardware store and found some mediocre solutions using PVC fittings who could. Work. then I…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine
