Works 4 hours - energy regulator

Cheap scrap plastic. Worked for about 4 hours with a properly installed 300w panel. Yes, I connected the battery first. The screen is off. Broken.

Pros

Manual load on/off control does not work immediately out of the box (40 amps)

I really like the features of this controller for the money (amp-hour tracking, USB, high power, selectable ranges to charge and discharge, etc.); However, on the device I received, manually turning the load on and off does nothing. LOAD IS ALWAYS CONNECTED as long as the voltage threshold is reached. To disconnect the load you must switch the load AFTER the controller. The controller must be able to control the load, so either they are programmed incorrectly from the factory, or just my device
