Just put them on so I haven't tested them for a long time but I wanted to share with you a secret how they are pretty easy to put on. Take a bowl of water and heat it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, place the tips in it to make them float, then place the tip on the closed needle nose pliers and stretch before putting on. If you can get it all the way down, use a paper towel (for grip) and twist while pushing down. Trust me you will be shocked at how far you stretch them.

I bought a similar product 15 years ago and they were so easy to install and lasted until seemingly forever or at least when I moved they were still in place and Job. While they appear to be of good quality, I can't put them on the dishwasher teeth without pressing for 15 minutes until my fingers hurt. And sometimes, even then, they won't go all the way. My dishwasher rack had a couple of teeth that rusted on top where the original plastic cover had worn away. A typical problem with an aging dishwasher.
