I like that it's easy to use, my schedule is in front of me at all times so there are no surprises when appointments come up or things change! It would be nice if you could choose what data fields were available for searches (eg patient info only). Also having access before hand isn't always helpful since sometimes something comes out after an appointment has been made which makes searching more difficult than necessary with this system!!
