The ability to send secure emails, which is very handy in times of an emergency or when one has access via phone but does not have internet connectivity.The amount of time it takes for certain searches using any combination of parameters/criteria. It took longer than I normally think (and have found) average for us at this organization. This isn't really specific to practice fusion as much as all software that requires some type of search function from the user's point of view; there are just so many options to find what you need/want! Benefits - being able to keep our patient information current - both clinical history AND financial data- easily tracking insurance eligibility issuesBenefits we're hoping to see implemented over time:- Improve security around sensitive details and improve privacy and confidentiality benefits.- Easier integration with billing companies. We'd like these services available more readily throughout out firm and be integrated into each others' existing processes rather than asking employees who currently use other vendors such as X3M2B how they feel about additional vendor integrations.- Improved efficiency by reducing redundancies between different programs / departments. Asking everyone involved directly if necessary I like that I can access my medical records from anywhere. I also love the ability to send a copy to my doctor. I don't like that I can't access my medical records from my phone. I'm hoping that this will be fixed in the near future. Also, it would be nice if I could save my notes that I write on my patient's notes. I have been able to find answers to questions that I have. I have also been able to find information that I need to refer to in the future.
