That's how I got these two. The cap of the shampoo was barely unscrewed and leaked everywhere. I opened the shampoo to see if the bottle was half empty but surprisingly it was still full. I want to complain but at the same time a dirty 35oz bottle from here is still MUCH cheaper than a clean 11oz bottle from Ulta. Choose and choose I guess. The product itself is good, only the packaging and the mess I left annoy me.

Great item. I broke down and bleached my hair. (COVID-19). My friend's daughter told me about it because she is a hairdresser. I had to get rid of the yellowing. It worked. Withstands multiple washes. Gentle on the hair and the conditioner is divine.

This is what my stylist uses but she charges $20 a bottle and we pay her for what she pays. Can't raise the price and it doesn't dry out the hair like other purple shampoos. The only negative thing about this product is that it HAS NO SMELL! I like strong smelling shampoo and conditioner

I've been using shampoo for years but this is the first time I've tried conditioner. Both the shampoo and conditioner are excellent. I used them on gray hair. They keep the grays vibrant (no yellowing) and the conditioner is great for softness and manageability.

I like this product. Thanks to him, my hair color lasts longer and ash blonde highlights don't turn orange. I definitely recommend this shampoo and conditioner. The only issue I had was the cap on both bottles was not tightly sealed and some of the product spilled out of both. I won't bother sending them back but the packaging needs better handling.
