I've had this in my lab for about four months with little use and it won't turn on anymore. I bought four more that seem to work, but 20% failure isn't that much.

This is a durable, well-made, long-stem thermometer that's great for checking mash temperature during brewing. Accuracy certified. I hope it holds up better than the cheaper thermometers I've used in the past!

When the soda and sugar rise to 250F I want to be as far away from my face as possible so I chose this long stemmed thermometer. Works well, buy an extra pot clamp, very nice not having to hold a thermometer
