The price is clearly too high. Cheap wood that is difficult to put together and horrible wooden floors that I had to cut to fit. This is normal for my wildcat. However, I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone and their dog. I'm going to add wood stain to keep the wood from rotting because I doubt it's even weather resistant. Sooooo cheaply made

Made from cheap wood. The dimensional accuracy is surprisingly good, so there are no assembly problems. The surface finish did not match the picture. I bought a can of waterproof wood paint and sprayed all the panels before assembling. The bottom three parts are detachable. The roof panel is heavy.
