Having multiple sized pets and an 18 month old, these stairs are lightweight enough to move from room to room, low incline so my 6lb senior pup intuitively started using them, and stable enough that my toddler basically thinks they are from the Gymboree.

My dog uses this, but putting on the cover was well-nigh impossible, and it doesn’t really sit solidly on the ground. My dog is only 20 lbs, and the stairs always move a little. OK, not great

I had 3 stair step unit for my couch that was made of plastic, but my two dachshunds had a hard time going up and down for the last year because they are 14 years old and have arthritis not to mention little legs. So I saw this and thought the depth of each step is smaller and its all foam which would be much better on their legs. Once I put it down both my dogs have no problem using these steps. The stairs arrived today (8-10-2022) and the zipper is torn off and taped to the cover. Also, the entire edge of the cover is torn. This is a used product. Why a used product and torn product would be sent is unbelievable. The foam has started to expand and I have no way to get it back in the box to return it. There is a puncture in the foam but I did not realize the whole thing was ruined until I opened the cover. This is poor quality control. How do I return this defective item?

My 10 year old, super-long-and-low-to-the-ground pup LOVES it! She can now go up and down all day long, all by herself. Best purchase ever!

After I used it for 3 months, the material is still sturdy and safe. my dog might also like it because of the soft leather material. Not bad

Bought for my pup who jumped off cpuch and messed up her leg. She quit jumping and uses these stairs. They are super firm and not flimsey. Rubber dots on bottom help keep it in place. Very high quality. Easy to put cover on and off. I like because it's not steep so she can walk up it but it's not far out like ramps are so doesn't take up alot of space.

It took a few days for Charlie to come up the steps but he immediately went down them. Now, it's easy both ways. I wish I would've bought this sooner. 🙂

We didn't want our senior dog to keep jumping off of furniture when she wanted to get down. We weren't sure she would take to this new item. She didn't at first - she was afraid of it - but after less than a week, with us putting a treat on the 2 steps, she took to it, both going up and coming down. We are thrilled. Thank you.

I have two small 🐕 🐕, one with long legs and one with really short legs. They both now use the ramp almost exclusively. The round edges are a great feature. My larger dog actually likes to slide down on this ramp.Importantly, the product was delivered quickly and was packed well. The foam did not require any recovery or airing-out time.

The steps inflated within a couple of hours. Perfect height for my frenchie’s favorite chair that he can’t jump up on anymore. I put cookies on each step and he went right up! The steps are nice and deep and didn’t scare him the way normal steps do. Success!
