Not good to buy from Motors

I bought this unit to replace my broken one but ended up just having to use the motor because after a few tries the gears wouldn't move due to the cheap combat gears used in the Assembly.

Pros
  • Premium quality
Cons
  • For seniors

Part does not work for replacement parts

The part only locks or unlocks 1 time, after which you have to disassemble it to put the locking lever back. I couldn't find where to contact the seller. It only remained to start the return and buy a new one. Hope this works

Pros
  • Vehicle installation
Cons
  • Infinitely stiff

Good quality but may need some work

The 2007 Toyota Highlander uses the same drivetrain design. The build quality of the materials looked great, but the wire lever didn't go back far enough. So when I tried to open the door after unlocking it, it locked because it was never fully in the unlocked position. If I were you, I'd recommend just buying a replacement motor and swapping the blown motor into the existing drive housing.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Upgrades available
