Great product with great service

Love it! Great product and great customer service. Not that I need to call, but they email me well before I get the product in the mail and let me know the product is covered by a lifetime warranty. Highly recommended!

Amazing remote shutter release!

Powerful remote lock! It pairs fairly easily with my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and can even take a photo even when my phone is connected with the selfie stick extended to its maximum length while the moonie is tucked behind my back (as long as I'm inside of 30 feet). And it comes with a wrist strap and a spare battery. My order arrived at night!

Perfect Remote Launch Replacement for iPhone 11

I've used this with an iPhone on the end of a selfie stick and also from a greater distance (maybe 15-20 feet) on a tripod. No problems at all! It was easy to pair with the phone and I love that it comes with an extra battery as well as instructions on how to change the battery (it's easy!). Great value for money and I am very satisfied with the device.

Not compatible with Samsung Galaxy S20 Android 11 in video mode

Good quality product but not compatible with Samsung Galaxy S20 Android 11 in video mode When you stop the video recording with this button on the remote control due to a bug , the flash turns on automatically, this doesn't happen when I use the other buttons on the remote, they just stop recording video and don't turn on the flash. In photo mode, the moon isn't as fast as on the other remote I have, but the lag isn't as great: about a second.

Makes taking pictures easier

I've had one before (with selfie stick) and found it very convenient (without it I had a hard time holding the phone, thinking about the picture and pressing the camera button on the phone at the same time Time). Mooni has made photography much easier. When I had to change the battery I had no idea how to open the device and it broke. It's really nice that the packaging has a picture showing how to slide the lid open. I'm very satisfied.

Good as a remote shutter but not as good as a regular bluetooth button

I was hoping to use this button for more than just a selfie shutter. Unfortunately, you cannot customize anything for the button or its behavior. The button goes to sleep too quickly and requires a long press to turn it back on. Because the button works like a Bluetooth keyboard, it prevents iPad from automatically displaying an onscreen keyboard when needed. If you are looking for a selfie remote, this button is a good choice. A few additional features would make this button much more useful…

Excellent product (learned from experience) UPDATE: Auto power off feature

I originally bought the CamKix BT remote shutter last year mainly because it was a few bucks less than the Mooni at the time. Guilty! Read my CamKix review - it didn't fully work the second time I tried to use it. The Mooni appears to be very strong and durable and is far superior to the CamKix in terms of construction, docking options and functionality. Love it!
