Sent quickly. for intake manifold and parts

Fits my 2002 325 IE 46 with no problems. No need for a separate pack. If you're doing this because of a vacuum leak, check the crankcase hose while you have it. Also, make sure to plant it evenly when dressing. I used a dab of white lithium grease to lighten it.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Quality

Worked great for BMW X5 2005 E53. Easy to replace with the right torx tool. Watch a YouTube video showing tapping. My part wasn't that bad, but was replaced because the engine was partially missing the orange seals. If you let the old part run out, it can destroy the engine.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • I won't tell

Did exactly what I wanted

Fitted as a replacement for a 2004 X3 2.5L and have driven over 200 miles with the part fitted with no "NO" problem. About 1 1/2 hours and not difficult to install. Saved me a ton of $$$! I've noticed that performance has improved after installing this and MAF in the car. The dealer wanted over $1000 for parts + labor for it and the MAF. I replaced both for $105 :)

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Perfect fit and great quality. Works just like the original and even better

This DISA valve worked great on my 2005 BMW 325i. I saw negative comments from some customers who didn't know how to test it before installing and couldn't install it properly. Checking the vacuum by holding the hole with your finger is not good enough because the amount of vacuum by holding the hole with your finger is not good enough. Even turning the key to the 2nd position does not create a vacuum to close or open the damper. I installed mine and tested the car at idle and at freewayโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not reliable

Rubber seal failure

The rubber seal is not an o-ring. Instead, the manufacturer used a molding system to form a continuous seal. And if it breaks during installation, it's almost impossible to remove the old gasket and install the o-ring. Given the slightly oversized diameter, tearing is quite possible. I've tried and failed. I took absolute care to make sure the mating surface was clean, used enough lube to make it slide easily, and it still broke. Leaving my car with a nasty vacuum leak that gives you P0171/0174

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Clearly bad product
