Not suitable! - GUR

Everything looked in good condition. The problem arose when I couldn't put the pulley on from the old pump. I broke two installation tools trying to install a pulley on this PU.

Also consider a new hose

Either bring your own high pressure hose or be prepared to reuse your own fitting. I did that and it worked, but I was shocked that the old fitting wouldn't let go of the hose. Although the pump is good

Ford Pulley Does not fit

How can you screw up so much? The shaft on this pump is not the same diameter as the original Ford pulley. I drilled and tapped my original pulley for the set screw, not good as there is no keyway, another Ford engineer bolts on this engine, the pulley is pressed in. VERY stupid design. Now I'm waiting for the replacement of a new pump and pulley. I'm 75 years old, I've had many Ford trucks, never again because of the many design flaws in that truck engine. Next time I'll take a Toyota.
