Perfect fit, easy assembly

I watched a few videos before getting it so I was ready. Took 3 minutes including opening the box. Should be one of the easiest replacements for a car. Fit and function are perfect and my wife can put down her football helmet. 🤣

Great product and super easy to install!

Arrived as said and only took 5 minutes for my 16 year old daughter to install. They are smooth and durable with great stretch! So happy I no longer use a pole to hold the hatch up! Haha I was told over 30 for each of the 2 local auto parts stores. So when I found them and read all the reviews I decided that for the money it was worth a try. Great value for money and very very happy!

The left side makes a crunching noise when moved up/down. okay okay

Elevator is working but obviously something is wrong with the left side lift. I've tried it a few times and thought it would stop making noise when in use, but it's louder anyway. Since it's better than the old one, it has to be done, but the question is how long will it last? The original was 10 years old and never made any noise! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.

Defective after 7 months

I regularly open the tailgate every Sunday when I visit my mother. Last Sunday it was nice, today it's HARD. This tells me that the lift strut (one or both) has failed. I bought on 09/25/2020. Installed on 09/28/2020. Outage April 2, 2021. It's been 6 months and 3 days. Oil is leaking heavily from one of the posts, and the oil has spilled, running down the paint and collecting dust. Just to be honest with no emotions this set of jack stands lasted 6 months. I will not buy this brand again.
