Failed within 1 week of use so I had to take it to a repair shop and get a replacement which cost me on top of the labor I paid to already replace it with this one.

The product corresponds to the description, the only drawback is that the window regulator with the automatic lowering does not work. It doesn't bother me, so I kept it. I just want others to be aware if this is a feature they want to replace.

I bought this late last year but couldn't install it right away. Stored at home in unopened original packaging. I plugged it into the outlet and tried lowering it to the lowest level so I could screw the window to the railing. Worked"once" and stopped. Could never get it to work again. The shipping carton was undamaged; it just arrived with quite a strong twist of the bar that way. So I had to rip out the power window and wait almost a week for a replacement.
