I worked "once " and then quit.
I bought this late last year but couldn't install it right away. Stored at home in unopened original packaging. I plugged it into the outlet and tried lowering it to the lowest level so I could screw the window to the railing. Worked"once" and stopped. Could never get it to work again. I couldn't help but return it as it had expired. piece of trash.
