Great design, great coffee

My first review was unfriendly. After using it for a week now I'm giving it 5 stars. I forgot my first cup was tight when I first got it. But very relaxed. That's what happened to this mug. Much more force is required to remove the piston for the first two uses. It is best to turn the plunger clockwise as you pull it out. Waste of money for kitchen & dining room

Totally regretted purchase. This thing doesn't offer any advantages over a regular French press other than insulation, but you can just buy a vacuum insulated French press and it's better than a ball press. I bought this hoping it would be an alternative to the stainless steel aeropress that I love. That's definitely not true. The filter on the press isn't very good either. I started getting stomach ache. I may know why.

Well, I absolutely love this mug, but there's a problem. I found my stomach hurts every time I drank coffee from this mug. I think I understand why. The filter that pushes the coffee, the "inner cup" as in the photo (taken after I cleaned the crap out) has a small gap between the wall and the filter which I drew with arrows and tried to to show the area I first talked about how it looks like a black ring.
