The sensor solved my problem of incorrect oil pressure on my 2000 Silverado 5.3L engine. The old sensor max oil pressure was 80psi.

Listing says it fits Pontiac Firebird 2002 but does NOT fit, the threads are thicker and the connection only has one pin when actually it needs 2 and the thread is thinner .

I knew better but listened to the reviews, drove 500 miles and then drove the whole way with a full Waco, sometimes in circles. Amazon returns the price but not the labor

Replacing a faulty switch on a 2002 Z28 which was installed well after much work after removing the fuel rails and intake manifold. Damage the oil pressure sensor when reinstalling the intake manifold. It would be better if the switch body was aluminum instead of plastic
