🔧 Prestacycle TorqRatchet Deluxe Kit: A Premium Solution for Unmatched Torque Performance Review

This is a great tool that allows me to take my adjustable torque wrench on my bike rides to adjust everything as needed and with confidence. The reversible ratchet makes it easy to loosen and retighten screws.

This torque wrench is slim and fits nicely in my CamelBak. The only problem I have is that I can't see the damn torque spec markings. I'll give this to my kid and go for one that clicks instead.

Wow, I didn't expect this set to be that good. Reading the torque takes a little getting used to, but what a well made tool. For racing bikes or mountain bikes, these are the knees of the compact torque tools. Having an engineering degree I can say it's worth the money.

Great ratchet and bit set in an ultra light case. Only 0.45 pounds! (See picture.) It's perfect to take with me in my backpack when mountain biking. Now it's on every trip. Fits perfectly in the pocket of my Osprey Syncro 5. The wrench is good quality and very easy to use.

The package I received was broken right out of the box and stuck in infinite resistance. That being said, this isn't the type of torque wrench where you set a target torque value and then feel/hear a click when that torque is reached. You have to constantly keep an eye on the tiny scale on the end of the wrench and press the button while setting the desired torque. Very inconvenient, especially when working in tight spaces where you can't get your face close to the weight to see it.

This has become one of my favorite tools for setting up my carbon bike. It is very small but appears to be very durable. You can read Nm on both sides, so good for hard-to-reach screws. I wish the scale was a little easier to read, but that doesn't bother me. The case it comes in is a really nice addition and keeps everything together. Bought to make minor adjustments to my carbon bike frame. It does the job well. I actually ordered the extension separately to get better access to the saddle adjustment screws. Perhaps this should be standard with a wrench as some of the screws are difficult to reach without it. Revain didn't sell it but I bought it direct from Prestacycle and it had free delivery within a few days. You can read the torque settings from either side, which is nice.
