Not the worst tree but not as full and fluffy as in the picture. I posted a photo of it opening after working on it for about an hour and a half. But you can fill it with decor and it will look great.

I was absolutely dissatisfied with the tree BUT 1000% satisfied with the customer service. They worked really hard to make me happy and in the end they did the right thing. Arrived on time. I just took out the top part and fluffed it up and it seems fine. I like how the tips are set up. They are not fixed in the usual way. You just pull them down and gently bend them left and right, up and down if necessary, and they stay in place. I think this will make it easier to fluff up and make the tree look fuller.
