The size shown in the picture is accurate and they are a direct replacement for my Bassett dresser with a small hole above the wood plank rail. Just a note, that's 2 per pack. The description says "Number of items in package: 1". Yes, the picture is stamped '2 pack', but I was so focused on making sure I got the size I wanted that I completely missed this small detail. :)

I attached the drawer to my Bassett Mule dresser. Somehow the spikes broke one of these things and for at least 5 or 6 years I trapped/held that box with my foot.
