Prime Line Products PL 14893 Spring Review

Using this product our team found that it was not strong enough to withstand a decent amount of pressure. Our project fell apart within seconds of application due to this weak spring... While it may be suitable for light-duty applications, we found it to be inadequate for our industrial and scientific needs. A pro for this product is its affordable price, but unfortunately, the con of its lack of strength far outweighs any benefit it may have..

These springs failed to meet my expectations when I tried using them in an industrial assembly. While they were affordable they were also weak and unreliable.The shipping was quick, but that`s the ONLY positive thing i can say about this product. As an Industrial and Scientific customer, I cannot recommend these springs for any high-stress applications..

I have old storm windows. This little spring has breathed new life into my 50 year old storm window and I have stash for the next old springs to wear out!
