    Disappointed Best in Kitchen & Dining

    Disappointed. The screw only went halfway before seizing, so it didn't go far enough to hold the hubcap in place. It was a kitchen blender. I'm sending it back.

    My faucet is over 25 years old and the thing works/fits! I'm so grateful - I hate it when they update models and then it's impossible to find the parts. Thanks very much! And since they are top sellers, I received it quickly with no problems!

    NO replacement for 9709194

    As with many other reviews this replacement was too big and didn't fit at all. The company claims it's a replacement for 9709194, but it just won't fit without the right tools to trim it. I had to order another one made by another company to get a genuine replacement.

    Screw didn't quite fit

    My KitchenAid mixer is only a few years old, but the plastic tip on the original screw broke. I ordered this replacement expecting to find it easy to put in. No! The screw was too big. My engineer husband had to add a special lubricant and carefully grind the bolt hole to get this part to fit. Not good.

    Looks good but doesn't tighten properly

    I bought this thumbscrew to replace a broken original. Externally, it is identical to the original, but is not fully bolted. You have to twist it hard to hold the lid. I'm planning on taking apart my tool and tool kit to see if I can enlarge the screw hole a bit. Sorry, not the best replacement for me.

    I'm glad I found this on Revain!

    I bought this to replace a genuine part on my Artisan blender when the jug fell out of the pantry and broke the handle. The size of the screw was partially mismatched as it appeared larger than the hole. I'm surprised the black handle can't be made out of silicone as it can absorb wear and tear and can be gripped with damp or wet hands! Just a thought.

    Poorly made, didn't work.

    After checking my blender model number (K5SS) this is a suitable replacement for the blender screw (9709194) which I believe has broken due to age. BUT, it doesn't screw into my car. It's the right size and thread, but the threads aren't cut deep enough. Normally my husband would fix a problem like this with his threading tools, but he wasn't the right size for this screw. Returned - try another brand.
