The back cover comes off during printing which makes it stick to the platen resulting in us throwing away 30% of each roll.

Yes this product had an issue the first time we used it but unbeknownst to me they sent me replacement rolls for free to test a new batch. When I called them to say they were doing an impeccable job, not only did they provide great customer service, but they agreed to do a complementary color. My understanding is they are now making light blue for those of us who need two colors to distinguish things. This product is well worth the reduced price compared to the Pet Detect brand.
