Seems to work on my motherboard but I'm a bit disappointed.

These heatsinks adhere very well but in some places the thermal tape was noticeably not perfectly aligned, maybe 2/5 millimeters. One of them was more out. One or two had slightly scratched paint.

Pros
  • Back with thermal tape
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

Shipping faster than expected as advertised.

I bought these small vrm heatsinks on my phone as it was not equipped. When I saw they came in blue I grabbed them because most of the accents on my case were blue too. They work very well according to the readings of the temperature sensors. There's nothing worse than a burned VRM and choke to ruin a good motherboard.

Pros
  • Stepper motor driver module not included
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

They are good for computer components

They are small and handy radiators. The tape adhesion only works really decently if the entire surface has a flat surface to mate with, which is my only gripe. I've used some of these thermal pads over 6.0 W/mK with great results as well; I usually go this route when I have several small pieces of different heights in a small area covered only by a heatsink. I take a razor and microsurgery the thermal pad to cut it into different component heights to allow the heatsink to sit flat. Works great.

Pros
  • Dimensions: 0.35 x 0.35 x 0.47 inch / 9 mm x 9 mm x 12 mm (L*W*H), Weight: 0.04 oz / 1 g each
Cons
  • Heavy to say

Doesn't stick well for radiators

I use these to replace a couple of heatsinks that broke off when I upgraded my Stepper 3D board. I removed the backing from the adhesive, pressed it against the chip and it immediately fell off. I took some rubbing alcohol and rubbed the surface of the chip and the heatsink was barely sticking. I'll see when they fall off and if they do I'll return them.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
