Description of Prismacolor 73030 Design ArtGum Erasers: 12-Count Beige Multicolor Set for Effective Art Erasing

Dual purpose eraser is awesome for cleaning up dry media and getting rid of any unwanted smudges or smears on your current masterpiece. Fine dry powder cleans the drawing surface by absorbing the graphite and dirt. Block shaping allows for different widths of erasing area.

Ate my paper and ink. Thought that shouldn't be?

Eraser Erasers are said to be gentler than standard pink erasers, but the black letters on the side of the eraser not only smudge in my fingers, the eraser has pulled my Micron pigment ink off the page and the piece of paper removed, while white rubber/vinyl erasers erase perfectly. These are not the erasers I used in art class years ago and they definitely aren't suited to my art. Don't buy them again.

Recommended for sensitive documents!

It's not meant to be strong, but crumble as intended. I needed something to erase pencil marks in a 300 year old book without damaging the paper. (The pencil marks were recent) but I was afraid of tearing the fragile pages. I rubbed in one direction as directed and pencil marks were removed satisfactorily without damaging the paper. Regular erasers are too strong and can damage old pages. That's why they're designed to "spill". Not that you're asking, but it was a 1707 edition of Paradise Lost,

Great for watercolor paper

I can rub and rub and rub to remove pencil marks and they don't pull paper fibers. They make a mess, but I use a brush to loosen the particles. And they do a great job of raising the lines because you can actually get in there and pull the graphite out of the preference. Sometimes vinyl/plastic erasers don't do as well or change the surface of the paper. On the other hand, rubber stains cannot always remove marks. They wear out quickly, so it's nice to have a box handy. And I keep one of these…

Warning, these are not large Prismacolor Artgum erasers!

These are not the large erasers shown in the first photo and listed in the product specs as 1 x 2 x 0.9 inches. It's actually 1x2x.5625 (7/16), which is just over half the thickness advertised. I was excited to purchase the large thick Prismacolor erasers in the first photo which I have used in the past, they last a long time and I really enjoyed using them. Look closely at the eraser shown in the box photos to get a better idea of what you are getting. The first image is misleading and should…

love them💕 best in drawing

Arrived much earlier than expected. Although the packaging was rather 'not like that', it was wrapped in paper with ordering information and inside a bubble paper envelope. The thin cardboard box that contained the erasers was a bit damaged, all folded and crumpled and some parts torn :/ however the erasers inside are in very good condition :) These erasers are really good (only used today), they are crumbling . a lot, but it makes the paper really clean. All you had to do was gently rub it…
