In any case, you should not use blocks for the lift, but use other brackets or springs. I was young, dumb and broke when I bought them almost 5 years ago.

Great 1.5" Rear Lift. I installed a 2 inch lifter in the front of my 09, F150 STX and this one in the back. My truck is straight and level. Exactly what I intended.
