The helpdesk is great to contact if you are having trouble with your software or stuck within an issue they can assist straight away! I have not found anything that i dislike about them. They provide excellent customer service which has helped me out quite often with my issues, also their team members really do care for each other when talking online via our chat facility as well! The customer service at PDBS was excellent - they helped me all through my project from start to finish with no problems! They were always very quick about responding when I had questions or queries but also patient enough for us as clients to get our way across what we wanted/needed (or didn't need!). It would be great if there could have been more communication between PDBs team members so that everyone knew who else's job it should come under e-mailing etc., though this wasn’t an issue…

The technical expertise of team has been very good. They have done excellent work with my previous company.The project manager was not so good as he did not follow up for certain things which are to be noted by the user. If you want to get quality support from them do go with them but I am not sure about their prices, they might charge more than your budget.
