The packaging was damaged as described but the poles were not there, tried to lift - with the pole in the truck on the jack it slides out fine. The description of the missing rods said nothing.

I used this product for the first time today and was not impressed. I used it to lift a small i10 car and it ran into trouble. I'm not sure if I bought a defective item but I can't imagine lifting a 12 ton car.

My kids playhouse's legs were rotting and I had to lift the entire playhouse to replace the legs. I had to watch youtube to get the bottle jack down but I replaced all 6 legs with a playhouse.

As many reviews state, the product image is incorrect. This is a short jack. For $19.99, this is a regular jack. It takes a lot of pressure to lower the cylinder back into the jack, but it does raise the load properly. The jack arrived in a torn box and the handle looked like it had been beaten.

I have a Z-turn mower and need to raise the front to change blades.
