I have one, it's been working great for at least 6 months now. Love it! Bought a second one for guest use and it stopped brewing, didn't turn on even after 20 uses. Such a shame! Two weeks after the return date!

Although it worked perfectly for 3 or 4 days, it started making strange noises and stopped cooking. The water got hot but didn't run through the K cup - a countertop leak. I see some great reviews here and if she continued I would be different. But I chose Mr. Coffee!

Worked for 5 cups of coffee then gave off a lot of steam, made noise and there was no coffee! We traveled across the country in our RV and it was a big disappointment! Big junk and waste of money.

I'm still deciding whether I like this coffee maker or not, but overall it works well. I've never been a fan of K-Cups due to their environmental impact, but I bought a box of K-Cups from this greener manufacturer just to test out the K-Cup option. The machine is fast and makes a decent cup of coffee in about three minutes, but the only issue I have is that the coffee isn't hot enough for my liking.
