Great customer experience along w great features

I love being able to manage my service business from anywhere in the world because it has an office, phone number & voicemail system integrated into one platform! The product support team also seems amazing at helping me solve problems when things don't go as planned or if there are upgrades available they will let you know ahead so no surprises!! Nothing for now but what can be improved : price (considering competition), mobile apps would make this even better than desktop only users have…

  • Ease Of Use
  • Integrated features that made billing super simple
  • Easy invoice creation through QuickBooks integration is great.
  • Customer Portal feature works very smoothly once logged backin after logging out.
  • Very intuitive UI design compared tot he old software where many steps had todo manually justto get something done
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Great platform for small business management

I like how you can manage everything from one place, it's very intuitive to use for anyone who has ever used an excel sheet or database in general! The customer support could be better though sometimes they seem alittle unresponsive at times which makes things frustrating when trying solve problems quickly!! As far as business owner side management goes so many features are included but some more organization would make life easier with managing my client base quicker especially if i have…

Pros
  • It is super easy once learnt because its just another form factor that requires no prior software knowledge unlike other programs.
  • Allows me access all areas needed without having too much trouble getting there
  • Very user friendly great interface & colour scheme (easy read)
Cons
  • Slow loading time compared what else we utilize regularly such Microsoft Excel
  • More organizational tools provided by default instead
