The interface could be cleaner but that would make it more difficult so not much in my opinion - just use what you know works best!! I like that they provide information about what other people are saying in my industry as well! It's nice knowing exactly where our clients stand compared against others!! They have amazing tools for social media management too - no more wasting time posting when you could be doing something else productive instead. I like that it gives me an opportunity to get away from my computer screen for awhile (even if just for 15 minutes). It's easy to navigate through the site! There are so many different topics you can choose from that there isn't anything about this particular program that would make me dislike using it.
