Great Order Management Tool with many options

I like that it allows me to track all my materials, jobs/orders etc from one place which enables easy access for managers across sites. It's very user friendly so anyone can use this without having training or support staff involved - great! Sometimes when we have multiple people at different desks using PPC there are issues where they appear out of sync sometimes leading to confusion about what item someone needs next until you open up another screen showing your list items within your job…

Pros
  • The ability to track all jobs & materials from receipt through dispatch and then onto the warehouse
Cons
  • The system has been a bit unstable and glitchy at times
