Dangerous for birds. Sticks to the legs and is dangerous for babies and especially for parents. I have finches. Almost died from getting tangled in the nest rope.

This is by far the highest quality socket of this type. It is easy to detach from the box and the box can be easily installed in the cage.

The string as I call it is pretty good. It took the birds (parrot boys and girls) a few days to figure it out. Once they have done this, they begin nest building.
