Lasted about six months. I struggled with the lid from time to time, but other than that it does what it's supposed to. Til today. I was just filling it with fruit and water and putting it in the fridge when I heard something hit the bottom. I looked down and saw water on my kitchen floor and realized all that was holding me was a handle. The whole jug broke off the handle. How safe is this product? It nearly hit my dog and could seriously injure a pet or child without warning.

Nice and not too big

I bought this while trying to drink more water. I add lemons to mine. It looked a bit small at first when I took it out, but I have a small fridge so it's actually the perfect size for my use. And since I prefer room temperature water, I just leave it on the counter. It is attractive and reminds me to drink water throughout the day. I've read other reviews of lids not holding, but this lid stays put. It fits about two small lemons, cut into quarters. It seems to hold about three to four tall…

It works well but there are obvious design flaws.

I love the concept of this brew kettle but it has two major flaws that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. "Seal" the spout when removing it. I have to remember to leave a few inches of splashing space on top of the pitcher so I don't spill water on the fridge, floor and/or myself when I take it out. The lid does not unscrew, allowing you to pour water directly onto the infusion ingredients when filling the jar - the preferred method of extracting the aroma. Instead, the infusion hose is

Use Very Carefully - Serving Platter

I am extremely disappointed in Prodyne's fruit broth. After three short months, the plastic ring on the lid that holds the strainer broke. I have never put it in the dishwasher and have only gently hand washed it a few times. So now it is impossible to screw the teapot onto the lid. I can still use it by floating the brewer in the jug, but water gets into the brewer, causing the fruit to soften. It doesn't look that pretty on a table with a beer brewer floating in it, which was one of the…

It fell apart while sitting in my closet!

I bought this pitcher with the separate water bottles. As a result I didn't use the jug much so I put it in a cupboard above the fridge and forgot about it. Now I'm moving and I realized I have a lot of things in this closet. I saw the jug and was happy to use it as it now suits my lifestyle better than a personalized water bottle. Imagine my dismay when I see it's EVERYTHING! He only SIT in the closet! And it was hardly used before it ended up there! Not impressed. I cannot contact the…

Works great and looks great

We made this jug do whatever we wanted, but we still used it to make Jamaica (Agua de Jamaica), the hibiscus water or hibiscus tea is if you didn't know 🌺 It worked fantastic, it's a lot easier than straining the flowers like before! The center keeps the flowers safe, they won't fall into the water and fall out easily so we can make the next pitcher. It's on our shelf for Jamaica. We haven't kept it in the fridge for anything else yet. I have a feeling it will be quite bulky and will take up a

  • Clear acrylic for an attractive look; the jug cuts a fine figure on a well-laid table; can be constantly refilled without changing fruit
