This is the greatest scam of all time. The packaging was homemade. The vinyl was torn at the ends and didn't even stick to the canoe! It should have been 951 vinyl! I also wiped down the canoe with alcohol and waited for it to dry. The transfer tape will stick, but the vinyl will not. The transfer tape was stronger than vinyl! It was more like removable vinyl, but even that sticks better.

I'm a seasoned vinyl artist and Orocal is one of my favorite lines. I don't know what the problem with the paper is, but most of it was wasted. The paper would not separate from the vinyl and I had to try and work around it at a critical time. Finally, my project had obvious flaws and wasn't my preferred quality. Definitely NOT Oracal. I've used Oracal in the past and I love it because it's so durable BUT it's definitely not like any Oracal vinyl I've used, it arrived with the roll ends crumpled like it was getting hot and cutting the vinyl keeps peeling off the backing, completely ruining my design.
