Mine arrived with cheap solid wire, not braided.

Mine arrived with a cheap SOLID WIRE NOT the braided wire shown in the photo. it doesn't work at all, I'll find a braided cable. Attention buyers!

Works great with windshield and glass repair tools

The kit works great. Very easy to set up and use. The wire cuts well, it is recommended to remove as much sealant as possible before attempting to pull the wire. Once the excess is removed, it is torn right through the material.

Great for body repair tools

I like this tool more than other windshield removal methods. I just removed a '67 Ranchero (Fairlane) windshield on the first try without damaging it. I broke a wire a couple of times, but there are a lot of wires.

Good for removing items other than windshields

I bought this product online on recommendation to remove the mirror from our bathroom. It took me a little time to route the wire behind the mirror with some digging in the corner, but once I started this wire did the trick. Took the entire bathroom mirror off the wall in about 10 minutes. Great product, works well.

Junk tool for a crappy concept, there are better ways to remove the windshield

I give this product five stars because I broke five windshields trying to use it You don't have to pay. Obviously there are better tools out there and no matter how smart I am and taking my time every time the windshield cracks, so a total of five stars, but that's a very sarcastic five stars because this product doesn't work very well.
