The ball head has a lot of friction.

I ended up returning the item because the head was difficult to move. The nylon between the ball and the metal shell continued to fray, causing more friction. The L-Bracket doesn't have set screws on one end, so it's not as secure.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Excellent value for money in photography and photography

Replaces the ball head on a Dolica tripod. The INNOREL ball head holds Canon 6d and 24-105L lenses securely and is easily adjustable. The hollow ball results in a weight increase of less than 1 ounce over the very small Dolica ball head. This is great value.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Frequency

Great ball head.

This INNOREL ball head is very well made. Fit and finish are excellent. It holds the Nikon D500 very stable with a 150-600mm lens. The "L" bracket is also a nice addition. I expect this to last a long time. Recommended if you are looking for a good solid ball head.

Good ball head: camera and photo

is actually not a bad head for the money. I use mine in salt water and sometimes even salt water. I never put my more expensive ones next to salt. I use a 10 to 13 lb setup. it holds it in place, but I don't use it without tension on the ball head. but I will use it for hours when I am in one place. Seems very well made for the money.

  • Easy assembly

Stable ball head in camera and photo

I use this stable ball head with 10x50 binoculars, so it can handle it without any problems. Tension adjustment could be better, but overall I'm happy with it. I've also tried it with an 80mm doublet telescope and it handles it fine at low magnification. At high magnification (over 100x) the tracking is not smooth enough for me. Overall, it's a nice get-to-go. I would buy this again.

  • Positive only
Cons
  • Only available in black

High-quality, durable tripod head!

Excellent ball head! I like the lever that secures the ball head, since it's not round you can easily turn the lever even when wearing gloves. In addition, it is properly fixed and does not move. I've had cheaper ball heads that slip after locking and this one doesn't slip at all. The only downside is that it's a bit heavy, but mainly due to the fact that it's made of quality materials and is a solid tripod ball head. I'm glad I didn't buy one of the larger models! Cameras: Nikon D7500, Nikon…

Pros
  • Useful not only for the intended purpose
Cons
  • Low maintenance

It closes tight. Lots of value for the price.

ball head arrived today so all these comments are based on first impressions: 1) The product looks solid and has a good fit and finish. 2) The fit of the base thread 3/8 inch has been increased. The base of the tripod head is flat and tightens very securely. 3) Pan rotation becomes tighter as tension on the ball increases. It still spins, but not smoothly. 4) Ease of use and setting are very easy. 5) This will be updated as soon as I get the 105mm macro lens out on the D800. The smallest…
