Spring hardness not as specified

This is not a rating, therefore progressive claims. As advertised it's supposed to be a 65/130 progressive rate spring set, they even list it as such on their website's PDF specs page. It's actually a double speed setup, 2 linear speed springs stacked on top of each other. The top is an 8.75" 130 lb line rate spring, the bottom is a 3.25" 200 lb line rate spring (this is printed on the side of each).
