Proster Rechargeable Talkies Earpiece Transceiver Car & Vehicle Electronics Review

Bought these for our kids and they love them. Headphones are falling apart, but that's not what we bought them for. The sound is clear. Range not sure yet. Our 7 year old has no problem with them and they come with a charger so no battery is needed. I don't know yet how long they will hold an indictment.

They worked great until the chargers one by one stopped charging the radios. The light stays green even when they are completely dead. Now I have 4 completely useless radios because they have a proprietary charging system. I'm glad I wasted $60, well another $30 considering the upgraded headsets I had to buy because the ones that came were terrible. It's cool to have 4 electronic paperweights. Don't waste money!

Bought for a week at the fair. My girls show goats and their barn is a half mile from our campground. I thought they would come in handy to be able to master them. Well they work great! I bought these radios for the whole family to use on a recent ski trip. The idea was for everyone to have one and interact with the kids (e.g. slow down, wait, etc.). The build quality of the radios is excellent and they are very intuitive to use. These radios work well. They have been tested through multiple walls/buildings and lots of metal. This greatly impacted the distance they worked (as to be expected) but I wasn't surprised and ordered more than I needed in anticipation. It all started well. They have decent voice clarity but aren't great if not used properly. But the belt clips are total crap. It also has a few gimmicks, like a few buttons that don't actually work and a "flashlight" that's too dim to be useful. I think it's good as a visual beacon, but there are other devices that do it much better.
