So I just received this item and I am very optimistic about using it. But. Before testing I can say I know this item can cut you if you are not careful. This worked amazingly until it only took 4 hours for the project on the first day of use. I loved everything about it up to this point. It cut my thumb and spun very quickly in the case for at least 30 seconds (I measured a huge live oak tree). Bought this model 950B Protape 50 Footer in February 2019 Revain. The website lists it as an upgraded version for $33 compared to the older model, which is still around $45. . I looked at both for comparison and saw no difference as the more expensive one had more bells and whistles than this one.
