Review on 45622 Coated ProTape - Automatic Rewind Measure by Rushabh Gonsales

This worked amazingly until it only took 4 hours for the project on the first day of use. I loved everything about it up to this point. It cut my thumb and spun very quickly in the case for at least 30 seconds (I measured a huge live oak tree). As far as I can tell, the band bent and then broke, which tells me that if the band breaks completely when flexed, it's not durable at all. I have another metal tape (Spencer's Pro Tape steel tape) that is many years old and still strong although it feels like stretched and tangled tight tape so I bought a new one. I do not recommend this product as you are bound to get at least a tiny bend in your band and this one has already been shown to break at that point in the bend and maybe cut yourself like me, or worse maybe your eye! Ouch!
