Honestly I wasn't expecting from them but I did have a few fingers with cracked tips from dryness. These things are great! Much softer than I expected. and I put a dab of Neosporin on the top of one of the beds and put it on my finger for the night. Wa-lah! I can never find a good fingertip patch and this solves the problem. Of course you can also cut off the end of the cot and put it completely over the ankle, for example. Really strange product but I have to admit I like them.
